Emilio creates velocity and inventory efficiency by creating effective operating systems, he has more than 25 years of operations and materials management experience, working in several leadership positions in the automotive, medical, packaging, consumer goods and electronics, and metal fabrication industries. He is an expert in ERP and MRP systems, with an emphasis in project development, training and full implementation; his experience covers advance planning systems, sales and operations planning process, inventory management systems including KANBAN, JIT, flow technology, and development of software solutions and math algorithms.
Emilio holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana, and a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management from Emerson-APICS.

Rodolfo has extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing companies dedicated to Electronics and Medical Devices products. He is an expert in all the Quality Assurance functions, such as Incoming Inspection, Customer Complaint Handling, Device Calibrations, Supplier Quality, Internal and external Audits, CAPAs, Medical Device Quality Systems, FDA Regulations, Process Quality Control, Document Control and Electrical Safety Mark Certifications.
